It walks new members through everything they need to know to get started, including TDC's mission of brotherhood, camaraderie, and sportsmanship; the roles and responsibilities expected of a recruit; a four-stage progression path from Recruit to Operator to Senior Operator to Board member; leadership structure; the team's democratic voting process; safety guidelines for interactions with minors; event guidelines for milsim (military simulation) operations; and a breakdown of team costs — which notably has no membership fees, making participation free to join.
